Help us place ‘The Spirit Today’ behind the walls

With the help of devoted chaplains, The Spirit Today is finding a home inside prisons and jails across the nation. Every week brings a few more requests — and we are responding!

Inmates benefit from testimonials of what God is doing in the lives of His people, as well as from the magazine’s easy-to-read teaching articles. Most editions include a story about a current or past offender who has been changed by the power of God. Every edition contains the plan of salvation and a helpful Bible Study.

Already churches are distributing the magazine through food pantries, women’s centers, doctor’s offices, and door-to-door neighborhood canvassing. Now, with your help, The Spirit Today can reach behind walls and into the hearts of inmates — some who are open to the gospel message for the first time in their lives.

The Spirit Today is affordable! But we need your help!

For $900, we can send 100 copies of The Spirit Today to a prison unit for an entire year. Each copy is read by as many as 16 inmates—many of whom are open to the message of salvation for the first time in their lives.

Adopt a prison — and send a light behind the walls!
